LIGHT IN THE BOX - WASTE OF TIME (AND MONEY?)

I tried to place an order some time ago. I used my FNB Visa credit card and it was not accepted. So I used my wife's FNB card and it was also not accepted. Then we used my daughter's Investec card and it was eventually accepted and I received the order. I wanted to place another order just recently and the story was repeated. Does FNB have Lightinthebox on a "black list"? Anyway we used my daughter's card again and she received an SMS from Investec saying that the purchase was approved. In spite of it on the company's web site the order was shown as awaiting payment. I wrote them an e-mail asking for clarification about a week ago. No reply was received. As the order was of a relatively small value I decided not to waste any more of my time and forget about it. I am not going to order from them any more items and would like to warn the other customers to be cautious.
