Light In the Box- Very unprofessional and unreliable

Ordered a few items from Light in The Box. I was told that delivery would occur with 10-20 days; 30 days max. It's now been over a month and I am still waiting. Upon emailing them I was just told that it's in transit and I need to wait. This is really unprofessional and I will no longer be ordering from their site again. I suggest that all South Africans avoid ordering from the site as shipping is very unreliable.
