light in the box sucks

I have placed an order 3 days ago and paid the full amount of R1,230.95 they even acknowledged to have received an order. to my surprise 3 days later they sent me an email citing that my order has not been paid and it will be cancelled. I tried getting hold of them and they are not responding my emails. can I therefore have my refund if you cannot get your house in order.
