Light in the Box ****

Light in the Box is a ******** company!!! I have waited for 2 months for my dog jacket for which I paid close to R400 and I am unable to track the Parcel.

I have submitted NUMEROUS Customer Complaints/Logged Tickets... I get NO satisfactory feedback AT ALL.

It seems I'm not going to be getting a Refund either!!!
