Light in the Box online store unimpressive

I understand that the pandemic has been difficult for them, but I'm extremely unimpressed with this company and will never use them again. I placed my order in June, it is now November and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED IT, despite paying delivery. Their customer service and tracking facility are awful. Not recommended at all.
