Light In The Box - NO DELIVERY
Placed order May-2022 - have still not received my package - unable to get hold of customer service to assist in obtaining package

10 Apr 2024, 15:56In July 2022 I got hold of the shipping company (Buffalo Logistics) that distributes Light In the Box parcels locally - They insisted I pay for a second attempt to deliver, I did pay - still did not get my parcel - in August-2022 I contracted RAM couriers to collect the parcel for me from Buffalo Logistics Warehouse- and I was finally able to get my order.
