Light in the box... just a bunch of *******

Ive ordered a package and its been almost 3 months that ive never recieved my package.

Ive enquired about 5 times and they kept on giving me the same replys and offering me coupons, for which you have to still spend money and i wont!, they are *******, ive asked for my full refund for which that is been ignored. They have blocked me from contacting them and the supervisor is just as useless. These people just rob people and dont consider resolving the matters. Its frustrating knowing this company is proven to ignore people when comes to not delivering to what was promised.

There are many people that is going through what i am and this company should be delt with. They getting away with people money and enriching themselves.

We used your email address to search in our website and found an Order #***1. However, this order was placed on June 6th, not 3 months ago. Did you refer to this order?

On june 8th ive sent yourll a message regarding my order, and whats happening... ive got everything i have from your supervisors to your people that messaged me.. could i screen short and post it so maybe then yoh could be clued up to how long ive been waiting for my order and trying to ask yourll whats going on.. many people on hello peter are also dhik with your services.. people have waited for months. And still not recieved
