Light in the Box is dishonest - refunds not made and e-mails ignored

Bought 7 items. Two items got cancelled two weeks later, citing high volumes as an excuse which I don't find acceptable. Then they send me a sweatshirt (less expensive) instead of the more expensive pants (Women's Sweatpants Joggers Fleece lined) that I have ordered. I contacted them for a refund of the difference (as I did not want to return the item as I am convinced they will just mess that up as well and then I will not have the item or my money) and supp**** photos of the wrong product and its packaging. I then receive an e-mail asking for the photos (worst thing is that the photos that I've attached before were still included in that e-mail that they send me, but they still asked for the photos again!!) and was given an option for store credit (which I don't want as I will never use them again) or refund (which I selected). Now my e-mails are ignored and I still have received NO REFUND!!
