Light in the box- guaranteed I'll never buy anything rest of my life

Worst buying experience ever, ordered universal stylus pen, shipped on the 9th April...today is 23rd April. Logged 2 customer service calls, no response. My daughter who I'm buying asked me this morning is this company a ****.... Most vile service I've received from any company I've ever bought from....if minus 10 was in rating it would have been that. Most unhappy customer on this planet
