Light in the box / don't buy!!!!

I ordered an incorrect size shirt, cancelled my order and immediately reordered. My card was debited twice. After a month of constant emails, still the same pathetic excuses. They send a standard email, not even personalised and certainly no name, saying I will be reimbursed. A month later, still nothing has changed. Don't use this company, they sell low quality items, sizings totally wrong and won't reimburse. Eventually I received my order. The quality is bad, I need to send it back, but as they won't reimburse me for a cancelled order which wasn't even despatched, they certainly won't reimburse me for clothes sent back. Don't touch this company. No ethics, no quality.
