Light in the box disappoints once again!!!

I bought a pair of sneakers for my mother in December 2021 it is now 11 March 2022 and have still not received my delivery. It shows received on their system, however, I have not received it. I mailed them, the response I received was "Resolved" as it shows item was received. I'm requesting courier company information to follow up. Response "Log a ticket" which I did several times. This has truly been a frustrating experience!!! NB. It was supposed to be her birthday gift, which is now in two days... Truly disappointed!!!
