Dreadful service. I have ordered an expensive rain jacket for my daughter for her birthday on 14 August. The delivery fee was more expensive than the item but stupidly I continued with the purchase. I expected a delivery at most 6 days from order. I have been given a parcel tracking number. However, I am unable to sign into the website as my email address is no longer recognized. It is impossible to use the service of "forgot my password" bacause of this. Therefore, I cannot track my parcel because I am unable to log into the website. In addition, customer service/help is not available. DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE SERVICE. I fear I have been ****med.
