Light in the Box complaints

I bought 2 coats - one of which is actually really good quality but the other one was not what I was expecting. I'm normally a Medium size in UK, but was advised to get a larger size, so I ordered a Large in both items. They are still far too small for me so I contacted customer services which has been difficult as it takes 24 hours to get a reply EVERY time. At one point they offered a 30% discount but I had some questions so I didn't immediately accept the offer. After a week of going back and fourth that simply stopped replying to my messages, so it looks like I'm stuck with 2 coats that I cannot wear and £86 pound down.

It's a shame as there are some other items of clothing that I want to buy, now that I know I need to buy an XL size. But I f they refuse to assist me with my first order then, as a matter of principle, I won't lines their pockets again
