Light in the Box (absolutely disgusted)

I purchased a Maxi dress almost 3 months ago from Light in the box, I only received the parcel yesterday, I was firstly shocked that I had to pay an additional R340.00 to get my parcel, when I opened it I was even more shocked and disgusted, it was not the colour I ordered and quite frankly a piece of *******, it in no way resembles the picture that they have on their site. I have never been so angry how can they advertise one thing and you receive an excuse for a dress!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND plus the money I had to pay out just to receive the *******. I will never recommend nor buy from them again, absolute ****** and false advertising. Michelle de Bruin
