Light in a box never again

One star to many. They have no customer service and will not see my support again. My initial order delivery was 5-8 days from 23 Dec. 2020 which I queried after a no show by them. Responds from them on this matter was with reasons as to why the delivery was missed and apologies for the delay. The best part is them expecting me to wait yet another 3-10 days for delivery AND expecting me to collect the package.
