Light in a box

I have ordered a product that was a new born baby doll for my daughter for Christmas and when I received the product it was not what was advertised. The product does not even look like the picture and the quality is very poor. My shipment costs was expensive and and the product was expensive it self. It was false advertising and I would like to return the product but all I got was a link for customer care and when I open the link it takes me back to sales so there is no after sales services as reserved by email. How do I get my money back for this?
