Late delivery

Yoo bought items in April l haven't received them l don't need them anymore because l wanted to use them on my daughter's graduation. My advice to those who want to purchase do it 2 months before the occasion because they don't stick to the dates of delivery. I am waiting and l when I will receive l have given up.
