Import duty 45% RSA

When you order online the parcel usually is couriered by Buffalo couriers and it is a flawless system where on picks up the parcel at a Pep Store. No import duty or taxes. This time around the courier was DHL and I had to pay 45 % tax - not impresses at all!!
