I WILL NOT BUY FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX AGAIN.

I ordered a dress on the 20th of November 2022 for a wedding I was attending on the 20th of December. The estimated delivery date was on the 17th of December. Today is the 14th of February 2023 and I still haven't received my package. The post office where my package is supposedly being held says that they have not received the parcel. I've requested light in the box to refund me as I had to buy another dress for the wedding and as I am not receiving the package, their response to me was that I must wait and that it can take up to 90 days for me to receive my parcel. Why do they have an estimated delivery date then?? I will not recommend anyone to buy from this establishment.
