Horrifying experience
I placed an order on tthe 08th of October 2024 - enough time to arrive as a Christmas present - todate they cannot give me a firm answer on shipment arrival - I get apologies for the delay and they understand it is taking longer than anticipated, so here is a R100 gift voucher.
It is a digital camera for my daughter and payment was made upfront - almost R900. When I asked to cancel the order, I was informed that they can only upon arrival, collect the order and ship it back - I assume at their cost????
In the meantime, how do I explain that I do not have her present - I need answers.

Our warehouse holds a fairly high number of items in stock, but some items need to be sourced from our external suppliers.
