HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY

I ordered from them and requested to cancel the order and refund as they confirm my package will take long to arrive then the time I need it. Made order on 31/10/2019 and the email I got said they'll only ship on 08/11/2019 as they are waiting for supplier so I asked them to cancel and refund...all of the sudden they have already shipped. I have been here before and know exactly how this will end. I have requested a return form coz I will obviously not get my item on time and the bad reviews have left a bad taste in my mouth. They keep sending me the same damn email template which is not personalised and does not even address the issues I have. TOTAL DISGUST IN THE SERVICE. I WILL RETURN THE ITEM I DO NOT CARE HOW MUCH IT WILL COST ME AND YOU WILL REFUND ME MY MONEY
