Good wig/Horrible wig

I bought 2 wigs, the first one was perfect and the second was a disaster. Its a cheap unstable horribly constructed wig which can easily be blown off your head in the wind. It also sheds like crazy which means it will be looking scraggly very soon. I don't understand how did this happen...this review could have 5 stars but only got 2. The extra star was was the reasonably timed delivery and the good wig. I didn't even get any help when I reported it either than been asked to leave a review for further assistance which I had already done.
