Forget about returning anything! You will jump trough hoops for a year!

What a joke! I ordered goods from them and when I received the goods everything was to small and not according to their own size charts. I had to take photos to show them that there was a problem with their production line and then they offered me a 70% coupon if I kept the products and just put in another order. I thought that this would save time and I could then just pass the small goods on to a smaller friend...what a joke, when I put in my new order the shipping cast had now gone up to over 14 times the shipping cost I originally paid meaning that my "coupon" was basically worth absolutely nothing as it was basically just paying for the shipping cost. Sending the goods back is also a nightmare because they have a list from here up to Cairo what must be done and what should not be done. Stay clear from these ****mers!
