Expedited shipping a hoax!

I paid over a R1000 for expedited shipping with my purchase with the promise to receive my items within 2- 6 days. I placed my order on 18 Oct, its now 2 weeks later and I don't have my items yet. Please don't waste your money if anyone else is using this online retailer there is no truth to expedited shipping.
