Exceptional Customer Service - Light in the Box

I was initially very disappointed with Light in the Box. I placed an order in April 2021 and by the end of July 2021 I had still not received my items. I complained to the service desk and did not receive a satisfactory resolution, prompting me to escalate the query. Within a day the service desk contacted me and offered a full refund as well still honoring my order. My account was credited with the full amount paid, and I have received a notification that my order has been dispatched. Light in the Box does customer service they way it's meant to be done. Well done Light in the Box. I look forward to receiving my items and doing business with your company in the future.
