Excellent customer service

I've had the pleasure of ordering off Light in the box a few times now. I live in South Africa and the products have always arrived. While I've had one or two issues with sizes, the customer service team have been amazing and very polite. They sorted out a delivery delay quickly and refunded me for the items that were too small. Such a pleasure to order from.
