Double Shipping Fee Charged

I bought items at light in the box but canceled my order a few days later as the items wouldn't be arrive in time before I fly out overseas. I also checked my bank statement and I noticed I was double charged for shipping. On the day I made the order (3 June 2022) the company deducted the shipping fee , $73,61 and a few days later (07 June 2022) they deducted the whole amount, $170,56 which was the shipping fee again, $73, 61 with the amount for my items, $94 96. They did refund me the $170, 56 back which I was happy about but what amount the extra shipping fee that was taken???
