Don't order from Lightinthebox.co.za. No parcel delivery

Ordered an item beginning of December. Tracking info is so vague that you can't really understand it. No way to contact them accept their "robot support page". According to track info the parcell is still in China, has not even left origin yet. Although delivery has already expired. All that the generic support message say is "please be patient parcel has been ordered" No actual person replies just sum automated system. Trying to get a refund has also not being successful. Save youself the stress and Never order from "www.lightinthebox.co.za" I think the are just running an unsuccessful drop ship hoax
