I've checked through previous ticket and looked at the pics you've sent of the dress. I hate to tell that I couldn't see that the received product looking different compared to the photos shown on the website. The problem might be tricky to spot? We provide you with the return instructions for a refund, but since you refused to return back the package we were able to settle you keeping the dress with a 50% partial refund. Kindly note, a full refund will be only possible if the supplier can receive the product back. Should the QC of our warehouse reveal any issues, then we'll fully cover your return expenses on top of the total purchasing amount. With this understanding, I will urge you to reconcile your options and consider a return, so you won't have to suffer financial loss.
