DO NOT BUY FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX!!!

DO NOT BUY from this website. I ordered THREE WEEKS in advance of the delivery date, and on ordering the delivery date was never detailed to be SOOO long. Then the parcel was split at customs due to a battery included. STILL have not received the one parcel and the other that is being "held" at customs due to the kiddies toy battery that is obviously therein, I dont even know WHEN that will be released. It's all a lot of nonsense. And when I have asked for assistance on how to process a refund they have completely stopped contact. Then I read on the website that you must pay the return shipping cost to return an item that wasn't delivered as promised. What a ****!!!! I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM LIGHT IN THE BOX!!!
