Disgusting customer service

I ordered online mid June 2020 and I made a payment. They prepared and shipped my order according to their app. It said I will receive my order after one month and that should be mid July. I waited another month and it's been 2 months waiting for my order. When I login today to check the status of my order there is nothing that showed I ordered, no customer service number so now I don't know who to speak to regarding my order. Their app is useless. I encourage others not to use Light In The Box when shopping online. They are ******.
