 I saw that you've ordered 3 dresses. Are you unsatisfied with each one of them? Would you please reply my email and provide us with clear pictures as evidence that dress(es) look different from the website? Rest assured, we will take full responsibility if any issues can be confirmed. However, if you simply dislike the products, then we can immediately help you to return the parcel.

Allow me to point out hat you've chosen our most economical shipping method, which requires between 20-25 business days to arrive at destination. Your parcel was shipped on the 8th of September, and according to the South African postal services it arrived 12 days later on the 20th in South Africa. From the tracking page it's not clear on what exact day the package was delivered.

The charges that you see are taxes that have been levied by the customs agency of the country you are residing in. Unfortunately we are unable to estimate customs duties during your ordering process as duties vary per country and they are not always enforced.
