Good day, Today I am writing this because I ordered from this company and after selecting a much more expensive shipping option to speed up my order and paying for the product I was asked to verify my payment by sending them a copy of my bank card with the 4 numbers on my card. Now I can tell you that is how ***** happens. I have never been asked for any online orders to send my bank card details. On my account it shows that payment was made, then why do I need to send this info to verify my order and payment. Now after 6 days of which my order should have arrived they go and cancel the order and my money still with them! Their customer service have not informed or asked me if I want to cancel etc. Your service is not only poor but you are also breaking the heart of a matric learner that worked very hard throughout this year with covid around him and the only thing he wanted was a jacket from your store. This is really unacceptable and pathetic. I will never order from you ever again!! And make sure you refund my money!
