Buying goods online????

I ordered and paid for goods over 4 months ago with this company and since then have been given the run around. I can never get a number to actually speak with a person. They reply to my mails but just be patient, its in transit, and if I want my money back theyll giive me a coupon. Why would i want a coupon from a company that doesnt deliver!! Anybody have any contacts or ideas . Whats more every time i get a reply I receive a mail to say its resolved and asks e to rate them!!
