BE CAREFULL, THEY DONT DELIVER!!!

I ordered bedding, then a few later when I followed up I was told it was delivered to Tekkie Town to be collected, as they could not deliver to my house. When i followed up with the courier I was told that Light in the Box chose a very cheap shipping method called PAXI delivery, meaning they dont come to your house. Even when you have door to door shipping. When I explained this to Light in a box, they keep on telling me that the courier could not find my house and the more i'm telling them this is not the issue, they more they stick to it's "my fault" for not collecting it. Why must I collect if paid for door to door delivery.
