Bad Service Delivery

This review is the result of over zealous marketing regarding item cost and shipping postage as in Return and Refund. Due to online misinformation from both parties ie.Buyer and Seller two orders of the same item was paid for , ordered and delivered but not accepted on delivery from the Courier. Replies from the Seller admits errors in communication but are unwilling to settle this dispute offering damage control/spin and offering further forms of touting as bait. The two parcels of the same product(sic) untouched and unopened , was returned by the delivering Courier for resending to the warehouses X2. Requests for expodition for closure goes unheeded.
