Bad products & very high shipping costs

Since my very good review, I have now received items of bad quality & sizing. Customer service has been good with replying but you only get 50% refund to keep the bad items or 30% refund back to your card & also keep the bad item. I don’t know how it goes through quality check if it doesn’t measure to measurements described. Also placed a big order of rain jackets & paid huge shipping charges & then was charged huge custom duty. Both these charges were over double the cost of the items. Not impressed at all
