Parcel has been in transit now for 48 days, the second revised delivery date has long expired and there is no rational way of communicating with this company. All enquities are answered "regretfully this, regretfully that" in a database of FAQ's so there is no resolution to your queries other than either "in transit" or "delivered to facility" yet they quickly and continually communicate should you leave items in your cart ?
