A ****: I haven't received my goods

I made an order for 3 paintings early this year and I still haven't received them. I have been tracking the goods every week and it was written that 'the goods are still in transit' I also tried calling the SA post office but none of my calls were answered. I feel ****** and ****med. I'm really disappointed in this company and I would really like to be refunded.
