Zero communication and haven't received goods purchased.

I ordered a couch over 3 months ago and haven't received it. There has been no communication and I cannot get hold of the company via email, phone or whatsapp. They have also disabled comments on instagram so you cannot warn other customers about your bad experiences. Furthermore, their physical store in Pretoria closed down so I cannot even approach them in person. I would not recommend buying from them.
