Got my headboard today, the thing is completely skew. When i phoned to ask for a replacement i was told that i signed it off. Speechless... burning this place down would be the only solution.

We trusted Lifestyle Home and bought a couch online only for it not to be delivered. The delivery date for our couch was in August 2026. We are heart broken as we paid a lot of money for our couch but our lounge sits bare. Every day it's another lie, no one calls you back. Biggest ************ out there.

We trusted Lifestyle Home and bought a couch online only for it not to be delivered. The delivery date for our couch was in August 2026. We are heart broken as we paid a lot of money for our couch but our lounge sits bare. Every day it's another lie, no one calls you back. Biggest ************ out there.

Avoid buying from them at all costs. Total **** !
After sending about 10 emails to find out where my order/refund is, and receiving "we will update you soon" as a standard response, I have had to resort to more serious channels to get my money (R1700.00) back. I have tried phoning them,( very unhelpful dead end response) and I have gone down dark holes trying to find owners (mr Ifran Mohamed does not exist), alternative email addresses other than the standard one on their website. I am amazed at the standard of their website, they must have spent a fortune on it, yet the whole thing is a complete and utter ****. Incredible. And nobody seems willing or able to take them down and prevent more people from having their money taken. I have heard reports that their lovely website pictures are copied off Pinterest.

what a splendid, excellent, outstanding service from Mustafa.I made an online purchase on the 24th of September 2026.I called to find out about the delivery date ,Mustafa was so helpful he went out of his way to assist me even though he was not my sales person. He made follow ups he updated me frequently until the time i received my order .Im glad to say i have received my order way before the estimated time as per Lifestyle website. My family is so happy Mustafa is the best . The best customer service for a first time buyer of Lifestyle home .... well done buddy you are the best

Delivery not fulfilled
Placed order 4 August they promised delivery September 21st when the date came they kept quiet all I do is call every day and they keep saying they'll deliver the following day ...am still waiting... Very disappointed by the level of service

Horrible service
Absolutely ********** service. Arranged for collection the day before. We arrived, the order wasn't ready, we had to wait outside the premises in our vehicle in the sun with screaming children for over an hour because the order wasn't ready. We tried to phone all the numbers we couldn't find with no answer anywhere. I asked when arranging for collection if we needed a trailer and got no answer. Then when the order came we had to make plan because it didn't fit in our canopy. Will never order from here again!!!

Horrible service
Absolutely ********** service. Arranged for collection the day before. We arrived, the order wasn't ready, we had to wait outside the premises in our vehicle in the sun with screaming children for over an hour because the order wasn't ready. Incorrect item delivered, Issues with ordering online & poor customer service
A few weeks ago I ordered a headboard from their website — I know exactly what I selected. When it finally arrived after weeks of waiting, it was the COMPLETELY WRONG ONE. Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare. I called and clearly told them to collect the wrong headboard and deliver the correct one that I actually paid for. I was then promised a call back at 5pm with an update — no one ever called. I have had to chase them repeatedly just to get a response, and now I'm just being left waiting. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. To wait weeks, carefully select what you want, and then receive the wrong item with zero urgency to fix it is infuriating. I will never order from them again.
