This has to be the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I bought a couch on 11 March and only received it in June. Ontop of that they wouldn’t communicate. I even asked for my money back but they refused. Even if you say you’ll involve lawyers or police. They don’t care.

Their showroom is just that. It’s for show. It’s deceiving of the customer service and quality you’ll get. Don’t be fooled like I was. Rather go elsewhere.

My couch broke after 1 week from delivery. I almost got hurt. It took the 2 whole weeks just to fix one part. Every time I asked when delivery would be, I was given the run around, till I went to the show room. Thats the only time they listened to me.
