Wrong Bed set delivered not what I ordered ,order number 52726

I bought my bed in January I was told that I will receive my bed between February to 20March2026, still I didn't receive it until I wrote my review, a good gesture was to deliver my bed while I didn't pay for delivery as they took long, but no communication to explain why it took long or apology. The worst happened the bed that was delivered to me, its not what I bought, first not the correct design, they delivered poor quality of a bed , when I turn there's sounds like Springs it's a nightmare, I did email for assistance, requesting for the correct bed to be delivered or refund me, I was promised that someone will come back to me, from last week Thursday till today no one contacted me except Thapelo who confirmed they received my email and it will be send to to the correct department for assistance, while am sleeping on a bed which is not comfortable doesn't feel new once u move the sounds of springs or wood is there , am sleeping bad on the wrong bed
