Wrong Bed delivered, what I bought and what was delivered not the same

I have received a wrong bed, not even strong when u turn it makes noise like it's about to break , I Didi email no response. A lady called to tell me he will send the information to production department till today nothing its been 2 weeks with a bed that I didn't buy , o did send emails ,calls they don't answer an really frustrated and angry how I have been treated, its everyones dream to have a proper bed. I am recovering from Gaillian Barre syndrom, I needed a lower bed and a proper one as an still recovering from paralized of the body. I feel you don't take your customers serious.
