Worst service ever, stay away....

We have purchased a couch in April 2024 which was scheduled to be delivered in August 2024, till now we have not received anything, there is no communication at all, we tried calling and even send WhatsApp messages and Emails, we even had to go to their show house to find out what is happening, we were told the cough is still been manufactured, last week we received a call telling us the couch is ready and they will send us a location where we can go and pick it up, till today we tried numerous times to call and send messages no response yesterday I received a call telling me the same information "the couch is ready and they will send the location and pictures of the couch" after the call I am still waiting

Today I called lucky enough someone picked up the call and told me the couch is still on manufacturing process and told them I just need my refund, and the person told me maybe on the system was not updated he will call me back to find out what is happening, I am still waiting they are not answering any of my calls.

My advice run from this people, when you are looking for something, they will give you a good service but just give them your money you will see the true colors, communication ends there.
