Worst service and sharks

Purchased a couch in November. After millions of phone calls to a system that just drops your call. Sending mails and then just being told they'll get back to you. They eventually gave me a delivery date of 8 March. We'll today is 8 March and no couch arrived. I followed up in the week with no feedback. When I send an mail today the email bounces. The phone just dies

So all our savings for a new couch wasted I would have given 0 stars if it was an option.
