Worst experience received, chairs so badly made and not what I ordered

This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered bar chairs in September. Paid a huge deposit. Promised 6 -8 weeks delivery. End of November I had received no updates of my order which lead me to phone and phone for an update. It eventually arrived only to be wrong ( not what they displayed on their website) the stitching was so badly done and chairs were such poor quality. I contacted the sales person and advised the chairs are wrong and they have been made so badly. He requested I send pics and a summary of my complaint via WhatsApp which I did. I kept following up but all I got back was “im waiting for the factory manager to get back to him” I then called the call centre and dealt with another sales person who promised to get me feedback and he too did not. I have been sending numerous whatsapp messages to get feedback. I have requested that the deposit be paid back and chairs to be collected. It is now 3 months later and I am struggling to get a response and my money paid back. I’ve sent emails and WhatsApp and no one gets back to me. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this company. I will never recommend or deal with them again. I want to get hold of the owner but cannot find anyone who can send me their details. The absolute worst experience ever!
