Dear Management and Customer service from Life Style home

After a couple of unplesant interactions with Life Style Home since beginning November 2022, I finally had the change to inspect the Robbie Cloud Modular Sofa Suit you want to supply me as per Invoice 0262 But reject this specific couch as there was 38 quality and defect problems with this couch. This was shown to your customer service lady and the young gentleman working in your despatch (as management did not think this was inportant enough to interact with me as customer). I do not think this is unreasonable to expect the same quality as the coutch displayed at your Value Mart Mall shop as this is the reverence item I use to purchase this couch.

Your staff precent at the time promise to keep me informed on the latest thursday 2023/02/23 on the progress been made to rectified shown mistakes
