Worst customer service, poor quality products that look nothing like what was advertised

Worst experience ever. I bought bar stools in November 2024, and I was told that I would get them in Jan, I got a call 2 days before I was supposed to get them, telling me that I would receive them on the 27th of Feb 2025, and when the day arrives, and I had to collect them, the customer care is the worst, they would not give me a n address of where I should collect them, and when I finally got the address, the chairs are nothing like what I saw online, I was very angry, worst experience ever
