Worst Customer Experience Ever

Placed and order 3 months ago and still no response. Had to follow-up the whole time. Last week called again and they mentioned that the furniture is ready for delivery and will be delivered on the 9th of Aug. No call or communication from them on the 9th. Today when I call them they say it's with the dispatch team and need to setup a meeting to know when can it be delivered. This is after more than 3 months of placing an order. Highest level on unprofessionalism, I've ever seen with a company. Please never place an order with them.
